   After placing an order, we will confirm product availability. Some items are stored at our studio, while others are in an alternate location. Once we verify stock:

   • In Stock: If the item is available, we’ll begin preparing your order for shipment.
   • Out of Stock: If the item is unavailable, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund.

2. Shipping Time
   Orders confirmed to be in stock typically ship within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, we’ll send tracking information to keep you updated.

3. Shipping Fees
   Shipping costs vary based on the destination and the size/weight of the item. Any additional fees or shipping options will be available at checkout.

4. International Shipping
   We offer international shipping for select items. Please note that international orders may experience additional customs and import fees depending on the destination country.
